Eric Abelen

Eric Abelen is Agile Enterprise Coach at ING Netherlands and Belgium with enterprise agile transformation experience in HR, Support functions and (IT driven) delivery organisations. Eric works for ING Bank as of 2010, in role of Lean Consultant, Operational Management Coach, and Agile Coach, which roles he approaches from a systemic organizational development perspective. His professional purpose is to help individuals, teams and organizations to realign with changing customer demand in ways that free up energy. Before moving to ING, Eric worked 12 years at Hewlett-Packard EMEA and Global, in various roles relating to structuring coordination of delivery planning and driving systemic change programs.
