Stefan Waschk

Stefan Waschk is responsible for the IT Agile Center of Excellence (ACE) at Volkswagen Group IT and is actively working on setting up the "Agile Community" at Volkswagen. Initially launched in 2009 as a small group of interested parties who wanted to optimize their software projects. Meanwhile, ACE and the Agile community are fulfilling an official governance mandate for more agility across the whole Group IT and beyond.
