Alexander Kylburg

Alexander Kylburg helps as an Agile Coach help people to learn more about agile methods and values- He supports companies in treating their people fair and sees them as equal partners to reach a common goal. Also, he does run the a bi-annual unconference (Agile Cologne) with the same mindset.
Until 2010 he has been a software developer in several teams and from that experience he understands a lot of the needs team members have.
