The CTO Guide on How to Build a Successful Product Development Organization
This talk describes how to build and run a successful product development organization that delivers business value, not just features. I will cover what makes effective product development teams, how to structure, loosely couple, align and choreograph them, especially in larger organisations with up to 100 teams.
